Alexandre established BG&A in 2023. Focused on strategy and financial models within technology, he served dozens of clients in a multitude of engagements, notably Fortune Global 500 companies from a range of industries. He advised large scale investments, cost optimization programs, benchmarks, sourcing transactions and M&A activities.
Within his previous Nasdaq-listed employer, he launched the M&A advisory BU and supported the board for internal acquisition initiatives.

Malte joined BG&A in 2023. In his previous roles, he supported and consulted the C-level of start-ups, scale-ups as well as a mid-sized company in numerous projects. He primarily focused on portfolio management, financial planning and optimization, technology business models and digital transformation, business growth strategy, and M&A activities.

Abhishek joined BG&A in 2023. Previously, he ventured into diverse roles within both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, where he undertook numerous consulting or internal projects encompassing business development, expansion strategies, and spearheading M&A endeavours (notably Technology related). He also founded his own consulting start-up to provide growth strategy to small companies.
